Insurance Repair Process
WHEN THE DAMAGES HAPPENS OR YOU FIRST NOTICE THE DAMAGE
Contact your insurance provider and lodge a claim. We will book you a date to bring your van into us to have a inspection for the purpose of quoting. You can take your van home with you after this inspection and we will advise you of any special instructions for storage.
PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF A QUOTE
After the inspection we will prepare a quote of materials and labour to repair your damage. You do not need to do anything during this stage They will follow thier own processes to approve or decline . The insurance company will alert us if the quote is accepted.
REPAIR & COLLECTION
We will contact you to arrange a time for you to bring the van in. The time needed will vary but we will always advise you when making the booking. Once the van is in we will perform the work and perform a quality check before releasing the van back to you. We will notify you when your van is complete and ready for pick up.
